Cakes
Our cakes are made from family recipes handed down through the generations. We only use natural ingredients -- sweet cream butter, flour, sugar, milk and eggs; just like my grandmother Emma did when baking these cakes that I so loved during my childhood in Germany. I'm pleased to share with you the tradition and love of a mother baking for her family.
All of our cakes are Bundt-shaped, and serve 12-14 generously. We are proud to offer the following three delicious cakes:

These cakes are wonderfully moist and dense and will keep for up to a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The cakes resemble what is called in this country a pound cake, only that they have additional ingredients. They can be eaten as a breakfast cake, an afternoon coffee serving, or dessert after a wonderful meal. However, we doubt you can keep our cakes around for that long!
Our cakes are so flavorful that we serve them in the traditional German way with just a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
We can also custom bake the Red Wine Cake and My Daughter’s Favorite Cake by adding finely ground hazelnuts….delicious!
